Harvest Crescent Refurbishment
This renovation was completed in 2015. The project included a complete interior face-lift. The previously dated and tacky apartment was transformed into a 2 bedroom apartment with contemporary yet timeless finishes.
The kitchen was completely renovated with oak veneer cabinets, white metro tiles, black slate floor tiles and white Caesar stone tops.
The previously separated kitchen with a small serving hatch was opened up to improve the flow of the space. The top quality finishes afforded the opportunity to display this service area rather than hide it from guests.
The new kitchen opens up to the lounge area.
The kitchen and bathroom floors were renovated. The old linoleum tiles were removed and replaced with black slate tiles, complimenting the restored parquet floor.
The furniture was carefully placed in the compact living room, which worked well to optimise the flow and take advantage of the large patio as an extension of the living room. The narrow dining table works perfectly against the wall and can be moved when guests come over for dinner.
The old carpet was removed and the existing parquet underneath restored to its glory. An accent wall was painted to add dimension to the room.
