Delphinus Refurbishment

This renovation was completed in 2017. The project included a complete interior face-lift. The previously dated and leftover space of the house was transformed into a 2 bedroom independent unit with contemporary yet timeless finishes.

Open Plan Living & Kitchen Area:

The space was transformed into a multipurpose open plan living area with a kitchen and living room area.

Delphinus Interior Refurbishment:

Contemporary yet timeless finishes brought new life to this previously forgotten space.

Bathroom Refurbished:

The walls and floors were finished with a cement plaster product to complement the existing style, yet with a refreshed but warm aesthetic.

This small lounge area was transformed into a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Cupboard space and circulation space was restricted which resulted in a sliding door which also compliments the new built-in cupboards.
